We recently kicked off a productive offsite with our sales team in Kuala Lumpur. Each member of our sales team had their chance to shine in laying out their plan for the year, what industries to focus on, and how they expected to achieve their targets in each quarter. The sessions proved invaluable as we reflected on recent wins, addressed current challenges, and aligned on priorities for the year ahead.

The atmosphere was not one of judgment, but of collaboration as sales leaders from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand took this opportunity to learn from each other and exchange ideas and tactics to outline and improve their regional strategies in maintaining growth in the markets across Southeast Asia.
